How to read a promotional offer

Turn the headline into a worksheet

Open the official campaign terms alongside the promotions page. Make five fields: reward type, eligible account, required actions, deadlines and exclusions. If you cannot complete a field from the terms, ask official support before registering or transferring funds.

Identify what the benefit is

• Cashback returns part of eligible fees already paid; it is not a return on your deposit.
• A fee discount reduces the applicable charge.
• A conditional bonus requires the campaign's qualifying actions and may have restricted uses.

The label matters: Bybit's Rewards Hub FAQ says its bonuses cannot be withdrawn and can expire. Do not value a restricted trading credit as freely withdrawable cash. Confirm eligibility before signup

• Check residence, permitted products, verification level and whether the offer accepts existing accounts.
• Check whether a specific invitation link or code is required, and confirm attribution before qualifying activity.
• Do not assume an existing referral can be replaced. Bybit's affiliate-code instructions limit later additions to qualifying unbound main accounts within 14 days; ordinary user referral codes are excluded, and an added affiliate code cannot be changed.

Never bypass country restrictions or create duplicate accounts to qualify.

Separate the deadlines and conditions

Record registration, task-completion, reward-claim and reward-use deadlines, including time zones. Copy the campaign's definitions of qualifying deposits and trading volume into your private notes. Identify any holding period, reward cap and withdrawal condition. Bybit's reward terms require identity verification, prohibit artificial trading and apply expiry rules; individual event terms also matter.

Check the cost of qualifying

Estimate the fees and other costs of actions you already intended to take. Do not increase trading just to chase a headline bonus. Check compatibility with existing discounts: the Rewards Hub FAQ describes cases where the best discount applies instead of combining discounts.

Save the campaign URL, terms and check date. Treat an unanswered condition as unresolved, and keep any promised reward out of your available balance until credited under the applicable rules.
