Service providers and purposes
CoinFom uses Vercel to deliver and protect website pages, Supabase for published content and administrator authentication, and Google Gmail for email correspondence. Technical requests can include IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time. These services may process data outside your country. Supabase is used for site administration, not to import visitors' exchange accounts. A provider's own privacy notice does not replace CoinFom's responsibilities.
Referral dashboard use
As confirmed by CoinFom on 24 September 2026, CoinFom does not view or download referred users' UID, trading-volume or fee reports from exchange affiliate dashboards. This statement describes current use, not the permissions or data held by an exchange. Any future use of those reports requires a privacy review and an updated notice before it begins.
Privacy requests and complaints
Requests about your data can be sent to coinfom788@gmail.com without payment. Describe the request and relevant correspondence; do not send identity documents in the initial email. We may need proportionate verification to avoid disclosing data to someone else. Applicable legal deadlines and exceptions apply. You may also contact the competent data protection authority, including ANPD where Brazil's LGPD applies.
Exchange registration
You do not create a CoinFom account or submit a UID, identity document or payment claim on this site. Registration and identity checks take place on the exchange. The current CoinFom app has no integration that imports exchange account or trading records.
Referral reporting is separate
Official affiliate tools can provide linked user IDs and activity reports to authorized affiliates. Not collecting a signup form does not mean the operator can never see referral activity. CoinFom does not currently view or download these reports, as confirmed by the operator. Automatic cashback alone does not prove that no data is shared.
Other browser tools
The public site adds no analytics or advertising trackers. Calculator and search values stay in temporary browser memory. Language and comparison selections can appear in the URL and reach the host when loaded or shared. Supabase administrator login uses session cookies when configured. Exchanges may set their own cookies after you follow a link. New non-essential tracking requires an updated notice and applicable consent controls before activation.
Email and technical requests
Contact links open your email app. If you send a message, your address and message reach our mailbox so we can respond. Hosting and email providers may process IP addresses and request logs. Opening an exchange link sends connection data and the referral code in the link to that exchange. We do not promise zero data collection.
Retention and production setup
Providers, processing locations, purposes and legal bases, retention, deletion procedures, third-party reporting and international-transfer safeguards must be documented against the actual deployment. Exact provider retention settings, international-transfer safeguards, applicable legal bases and required controller identification remain to be confirmed; this notice does not claim that those checks are complete. A provider's technical capability is not proof that CoinFom has enabled it.

Email coinfom788@gmail.com about access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Start with a description, without identity documents. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. This notice remains a draft pending review of actual processing and required privacy contact details.
